Chibber Vaarley, on Ballakelly, Andreas. Well of the Robbers.
Heard locally. W Walter Gill suggests Varlee was probably the nickname of a family which used the well.

It is not known if the well still exists. There is no well indicated at Ballakelly on the OS.

Private land. Landlowner’s permission required.
